    To the extent that Deepnet is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to have any liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to this Website, Deepnet's entire liability shall be limited to £100 for any one incident or series of related incidents subject to a maximum of £300 for all incidents in any period of 12 months. Deepnet shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence (other than for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise for any:

    • economic loss, (including without limitation, loss of revenue, business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings);

    These Terms and Conditions replace all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms, and obligations implied by statute, common law, usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

    If Deepnet or any Deepnet contractor is unable to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions because of a matter beyond its reasonable control, neither Deepnet nor any Deepnet contractor will have any liability for that failure to perform.

    Deepnet makes no representation that the Website is appropriate for use outside the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access the Website from any other location are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations if and to the extent that they are applicable.

  • GENERAL

    These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and DEEPNET and supersede any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations with respect to your use of this Website.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

    If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales except that if urgent interim injunctive or declaratory relief is sought Deepnet may commence court proceedings against you in any appropriate jurisdiction.
