HARDWARE WARRANTY POLICY
Deepnet Security’s hardware products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of one (1) year.
Deepnet Security shall have no liability for breach of warranty to the extent such breach is caused by:
1) Damages resulting from alterations made by the user or any other party for the purpose of customizing the hardware (such as any embossing or overprint);
2) Damages resulting from accidents, incorrect or abusive use of the hardware, or use of the hardware for purposes other than those normally intended;
Discharged batteries are excluded from this warranty.
Defective units will be repaired or replaced free of charge within this time period. You must contact your Reseller/Distributor, who will work with you to identify the problem.
You must pay for transportation costs to return the defective goods. Tokens will not be replaced without charge if damaged through neglect or abuse.
